Six capabilities, one discipline.
Marketing, operations, automation, AI implementation, data, and strategy. Six color-coded service groups built around the same simple promise: build working software, not slide decks.

Custom AI integrations into existing tools (CRMs, helpdesks, internal platforms). Marketing operations and lifecycle automation. Workflow audits and process redesign. Data pipeline cleanup and dashboarding. Advisory work for leadership teams figuring out where to start.
How engagements work
We start with a 20-minute conversation, not a discovery call. If we think we can help, we propose the smallest concrete intervention that moves the needle and a fixed price for it. No retainers without deliverables. No "phase one" decks with no phase two.
Pick one, stack a few, or hand us the whole thing.
Most engagements start with one group and grow from there. The colors below also show up everywhere on this site — same color, same team, same approach.
Web Design
Custom-coded sites that load fast, read well, and convert. Real photography of your business, not the same beach-stock everyone else uses. Built and hosted right here on the SC coast.
- Brochure & service-area sites
- Restaurant & menu sites
- Real estate & IDX sites
- E-commerce on Shopify
- Site rebuilds & redesigns
- Custom forms & booking
SEO & Local
Show up when your customers search. Real local SEO — Google Business, citations, on-page, schema, content — for restaurants, contractors, and shops on the Grand Strand.
- Local SEO audits & fixes
- Google Business Profile setup
- Service-area page builds
- Schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ)
- Citation cleanup & building
- Monthly tracking & reporting
Brand & Content
Identity that doesn't look like every other coastal business. Real photography of your real space. Words that sound like you wrote them, not a marketing template.
- Logo & identity refresh
- Photography (we shoot it)
- Site & ad copywriting
- Menu, service-list, FAQ writing
- Brand voice guides
- Print collateral
Paid & Conversion
Google Ads and Meta that actually pay back. Landing pages that don't bounce. Conversion rate work for the visitors you already have. We track what works and kill what doesn't.
- Google Ads (search & LSA)
- Meta & Instagram ads
- Landing page builds
- CRO & A/B testing
- Pixel & tracking setup
- Monthly reporting
Automation & Ops
The boring machinery that connects your apps. POS to accounting, calendar to email, leads to CRM. The 3-hour weekly chore that becomes nobody's job anymore.
- POS / Square / Toast pipelines
- Calendar & booking flows
- Lead-to-CRM automation
- Email + SMS lifecycle
- Reporting & dashboards
- Internal tools & bots
Care & Maintenance
For sites we built and sites we didn't. Hosting, edits, backups, security patches, monitoring. Plus a small monthly bucket of marketing time so something is always moving.
- Hosting (we manage it)
- Content edits & new pages
- Backups & security patches
- Uptime & speed monitoring
- Monthly SEO/content time
- Quarterly site review
Five steps. No surprises.
Same shape every time. We don't believe in mystery-meat process diagrams.
The note
You send a few sentences about what's slow, sloppy, or stuck. We read it within a business day.
The call
20 minutes, no slides. We ask enough to know if we can help, and we tell you straight if we can't.
The scope
A short written scope: what we'd build, what's not in scope, the price, and the date. You sign or you don't.
The build
Daily standups in Slack, progress visible in your dashboard. Most of the time you don't have to do much.
The handoff
It runs in your environment, on your accounts. You get the keys. We hang around for 30 days at no cost.
No mystery — here's where we draw the line.
What we do
- Build working software into your environment
- Integrate with the tools you already use
- Train your team on what we built
- Fix things that break in the first 30 days, free
- Tell you straight when an idea isn't worth doing
- Quote a fixed price, hold ourselves to it
What we don't do
- Sell a 12-month roadmap before knowing your problem
- Charge by the hour
- Run multi-week "discovery" engagements
- Ghost-write your slide deck
- Become your full-time team
- Resell vendor licenses we don't believe in
Questions we get a lot.
How small is too small for an engagement?
Nothing's too small. The smallest job we've done was a $500 webhook fix that took half a day. If you can describe it in two sentences and it's solving a real problem, send it over.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We work in fixed-scope sprints with a written scope and a fixed price. If you want ongoing help after that, monthly support is month-to-month, cancel any time.
Can you work with our existing dev team?
Yes. Half our engagements involve working alongside an in-house team. We share PRs, sit in your Slack, and document everything we touch so your people can pick it up later.
What happens if you miss the date?
We eat the overrun. You agreed to a price and a date — if we miss either, that's our problem, not yours. It almost never happens, but the policy is the policy.
Who owns the code we build together?
You do. Everything we write goes into your repos, your accounts, your environment. No vendor lock-in, no "platform fees," no surprises in year two.
What industries do you typically work with?
Mostly small businesses with 5–50 people: cafes and restaurants, retail, professional services, small SaaS, family-run shops. We're not a great fit for enterprise or VC-backed unicorns — there are bigger firms for that.
